Job summary

Martin Concrete Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Critical Projects Group on complex commercial concrete construction in the Dallas area. The role involves managing multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout, mentoring PMs, and maintaining strong client relationships onsite.

Based in Dallas, the position requires onsite work across the DFW area with travel as needed. This is a senior leadership role focused on safety, schedule, budget, and project outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple commercial concrete construction projects.
• Strong client relationship skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project costs across complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Collaborate with Field Operations Managers and the General Superintendent to ensure quality, safety, scheduling, and customer expectations.
• Ensure monthly pay requests and schedules of values are completed accurately.
• Monitor project cost tracking, including budgeting, cost codes, and cost performance.
• Oversee project turnover from Estimating to PM teams during preconstruction.
• Coach and develop Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers for growth.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and serve as primary client liaison.
