Preferred Utilities Manufacturing Corp. in Danbury, CT is seeking a mid-level to senior Project Manager to own project profitability and schedules. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, from sales concepts through design, fabrication, and field startup, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing of custom engineered equipment.
Familiarity with burner management systems is a plus.
Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design Development from Proposal to finished Engineering Package
Communicate with all customers and provide status updates on projects.
Manage project schedule, budget, and profitability.
Work with Engineering team of all disciplines to execute projects from sales to manufacturing and field startup.
Interpret and adhere to applicable codes and standards.
Interpret electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, and construction drawings.
Use Preferred Utilities internal systems for project management.
Slight travel for meetings and site visits 10%
