Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our Pleasanton office. You will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

This is a customer-facing role that drives satisfaction and positive cash flow as part of a dynamic team. You will translate client needs into detailed plans, coordinate materials and subcontractors, and communicate clearly across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience.
• Experience in technical environments (electronic security or building automation) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor others and build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects from award to completion.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and implementation plans.
• Communicate requirements clearly to project teams and track progress.
• Maintain records of job status, changes, materials, and costs.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services within budget.
• Establish milestones and analyze project costs.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and potential supervisory tasks.
