Job summary

Gensler in Charlotte, NC seeks a Project Manager to lead core & shell projects, manage all phases, build client relationships, and drive business opportunities across sectors.

You bring 10–15 years in commercial Architecture & Design, a professional architecture degree, and licensure/LEED a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role in our Charlotte office; relocation is welcome for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in commercial Architecture & Design, PM experience.
• Able to lead projects for Government and Higher Education clients.
• Licensed/Registered Architect and LEED accreditation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams for core & shell projects.
• Manage all phases: set-up, programming, design, construction administration.
• Establish and maintain productive client relationships.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to secure approvals.
• Manage project scheduling, staffing, budgets, and contracts.
