Job summary

North Coast Electric in Auburn, WA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to coordinate receiving, shipping, and project material management within our Project Logistics Services. You’ll perform kitting, support other logistics tasks, and assist with email management while collaborating with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires at least three years in operations/logistics, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to lift 50+

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, distribution, or logistics.
• Knowledge of North Coast's systems and processes.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Good communication and customer service.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work across departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, shipping, and project material management.
• Perform modifications (kitting) and support other logistics tasks.
• Assist with email management as needed.
• Work closely with Supervisors and assist with training and process compliance.
• Provide support to the Supervisor in PLS, maintaining product locations and returns.
• Assist in resolving disputes with project team and other departments.
• Lead by example an effective and efficient team, with motivation and training.
• Build relationships with internal and external teams for consistent service.
• Other duties as assigned.
