Job summary

North Coast Electric is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our operations team in Washington. You will coordinate receiving, shipping, and project material management, perform kitting, and support supervisors with training and process compliance.

We value strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. This non-exempt role offers overtime, a competitive hourly wage, and benefits through Sonepar.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in operations, distribution, or logistics.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a mix of warehouse and office environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct coordination of receiving, shipping, and project material management.
• Perform kitting and support other logistical services.
• Assist with email management and respond to inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with supervisors and department teams to ensure process compliance.
• Maintain product locations and support supervisor in PLS.”
• Resolve disputes with project teams to ensure smooth operations.
