Job summary

Mars is seeking a Project Implementation Engineer to lead cross-functional teams on capital projects, ensuring successful commissioning, validation, and start-up of new products and equipment. The role travels up to 50-75% to support regional projects and ensure safety, quality, and CSFs align with business objectives.

Qualified candidates will have a technical engineering degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in manufacturing, TPM/lean, and project leadership across multi-site

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods (CPG).
Minimum 5 years of TPM or lean manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Support design with MSE process integration for pillar requirements.
Co-develop site project execution strategies and mentoring to engineers.
Communicate with stakeholders using clear storytelling and visuals.
Ensure Site Readiness aligns with milestones and resources.
Document handovers and complete signoffs to confirm project completion.
Facilitate commissioning and validation with timely materials and risk awareness.
