Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Lead Project Engineer for Power Systems (Finance) in Phoenix on a hybrid schedule. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive project plans and ensure delivery of engineering programs with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

You will report to the Sr. Program Engineering Manager and shape project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risk management while delivering high-quality results for aerospace systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
• Proven track record of delivering engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with expertise in risk management and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage APU development projects from initiation to completion.

Lead Project Engineer- Power Systems (Finance)

As an auxiliary power unit (APU) Lead Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, foster collaboration and ensuring effective project coordination. You will report directly to our Sr. Program Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage APU development projects from initiation to completion
