You will report to the Sr Eng Program Manager, and work out of our Phoenix based site on a hybrid schedule.

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with technical requirements, customer specifications, contractual obligations, and internal processes.
  • Manage project scope, technical requirements, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and configuration changes.
  • Facilitate technical decision-making and problem resolution across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Communicate project status, schedules, risks, budget performance, and technical issues to engineering leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Drive execution of engineering work to meet cost, quality, reliability, and schedule commitments.
  • Interface directly with U.S. Government, military, and aerospace customers to support program execution and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Repair & Overhaul, Manufacturing, Quality, and Systems Engineering teams to investigate and resolve in-service issues.
  • Support design reviews, technical reviews, risk assessments, and customer presentations.
