JWF Industries, Inc. is seeking Project Managers/Project Engineers to support its commercial and Defense projects based in Johnstown, PA.

These roles require technical leadership to establish project requirements and ensure successful implementation of all details in a metal manufacturing environment. The positions demand the ability to read complex diagrams/blueprints, manage changing priorities, and communicate effectively with customers, clients, and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret complex diagrams/blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review project proposals to determine time frame, funding, resources.
• Define work plan with project personnel and ensure schedule adherence and budget.
• Review status reports and adjust schedules as required.
• Prepare project reports for management/clients.
• Consult with customers and Quality Department for technical guidance and problem resolution.
