Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across project teams and clients.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, SAP, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Teams.
• 3+ years of engineering experience, ideally in material handling or industrial applications.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create and verify engineering drawings and equipment orders for projects.
• Plan equipment layout, material flow, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate across engineering disciplines to support project needs.
• Direct and coordinate prototypes and design modifications in collaboration with other engineers.
• Support installation with technical instructions and on-site drawings.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide technical input for field modifications and design reviews.
• Release designs to production using ERP systems and manage component purchasing.
• Balance conceptual designs with final installation drawings and equipment lists.
• Collaborate with project management, installation teams, contractors, and suppliers.
