Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in project management and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering designs, material specs, and project cost estimates.
• Conduct feasibility studies to support design decisions.
• Ensure designs meet standards and codes; validate field work and create as-built drawings.
• Coordinate activities with vendors, contractors, and plant teams to stay on schedule.
• Direct vendors on layout planning and utility requirements.
• Review consultant work; maintain documentation and vendor contacts.
• Define project scope, prepare proposals, and evaluate bids.
• Submit status reports; assist with contract administration and monitor installations.
• Manage budgets to meet financial targets.
