Job summary

Eaton Aerospace's Fluid, Motion & Control division seeks a Lead Project Engineer for Aerospace Hydraulic/Pneumatic Systems in Southern California. The role focuses on designing, analyzing and delivering hydraulic and pneumatic components for new product development and product improvements.

You will collaborate with designers, engineers, fabrication, supply chain, test labs and IPTs to drive programs from concept through validation while maintaining manufacturing readiness and onsite execution

Qualifications

Significant experience in hydraulic or pneumatic actuator/component design and new product development.
Manufacturing experience is required.
At least three years of project engineering or project management experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers, engineers, fabrication teams, supply chain, test labs, and IPTs to develop, analyze, process, manufacture, and implement product designs throughout the product development lifecycle.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver hydraulics/pneumatic systems.
Coordinate onsite work at Glendale, Torrance, or Irvine, CA.
Support new product development and product improvement projects within Eaton Aerospace's Fluid, Motion & Control division.
