Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking an experienced Aerospace Hydraulic I Pneumatic Systems Lead Sustaining Engineer for our Glendale-area facility.

The role focuses on technical ownership of fluid-power products, leading sustaining projects, and collaborating with manufacturing to implement design changes. Ideal candidates have a mechanical/aerospace background, extensive hydraulic/pneumatic actuator design experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering required.
• Significant experience in hydraulic or pneumatic actuator product design.
• Manufacturing background required.
• Minimum three years in manufacturing design engineering and sustaining projects.
• Experience reviewing designs and coordinating with manufacturing teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical ownership for existing hydraulic/pneumatic fluid-power products throughout their lifecycle.
• Lead design analyses, redesigns, and cost/quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Integrated Product Teams, manufacturing, and chief engineers to resolve issues.
• Make independent engineering decisions on component and system designs and test rigs, ensuring compliance with standards.
