Job summary

Quest Global seeks an experienced leader to drive mechanical and electrical project delivery for multinational clients in the energy sector. You will plan, design, and oversee execution from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams across geographies and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 15+ years in mechanical/electrical project delivery, with 3–4 years in energy sector.
  • Valid US work permit (L1B or H1B) with at least 1 year remaining.
  • Proven success delivering complex, large-scale systems for multinational customers.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and budgeting experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and business audiences.

  • Lead planning, design, and execution of large mechanical and electrical projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage cross-functional, geographically distributed teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

  • Oversee project delivery in the energy domain, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Mentor engineering teams and foster accountability and growth.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and progress updates to stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Mentor and coach engineering teams, fostering technical growth and a culture of accountability.
  • Prepare and present detailed technical reports, proposals, and progress updates to stakeholders.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 15+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical engineering project delivery, with at least 3–4 years in the energy sector.
  • Valid US work permit (L1B or H1B) with a minimum of 1 year remaining validity.
  • Proven success working with multinational customers and delivering complex, large-scale systems.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing diverse teams and significant budgets.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.
Pay Range:

$110K- $125K

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
