Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project engineering experience handling software & electronic products (optics, RF, robotics).
  • Willingness to dive into technical details and take ownership.
  • Strong leadership, PM skills, and excellent communication.

As a Lead Project Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective project coordination. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, engineering, technology, mathematics
  • 8+ years of experience in project engineering (or similar role) for programs/projects involving software & electronic products in the areas of optics, RF, and/or robotics
  • Willingness to dig into the technical details, learn whatever is needed to be successful, and take ownership and demonstrate accountability for the programs/projects under your control
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in risk management and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

WE VALUE
  • A technical engineering background in the aerospace, space, or defense industry is highly valued
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
  • Experience/knowledge of optics, optical electronics, optical assemblies, etc.
  • Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction)

  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
