Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Project Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality. You will drive technical planning, allocate resources, and coordinate with internal teams and external contractors.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 6 years in project engineering or management, and strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project engineering or project management within electrical engineering.
• Experience managing projects involving power systems, building services, or industrial installations.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource requirements, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform technical reviews of designs, specifications, and installation work to ensure quality and compliance.
• Oversee site activities, including installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical systems.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
