Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience in interiors, including concept to construction administration.
• Experience producing detailed construction documents for high-end interiors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Willingness to travel; located in New York and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Contribute a clear and thoughtful design perspective across projects.
• Develop interior architecture, design concepts and FF&E with principals.
• Source furniture, fixtures and finishes; manage procurement through installation.
• Prepare and coordinate design documentation, including drawing sets, millwork, finishes and detailing.
• Produce presentations, including drawings, 3D models and renderings.
• Support project management with timelines, deliverables, priorities and milestones.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, architects and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Schedule and supervise project construction, including inspections and approvals.
• Maintain AutoCAD standards and coordinate consultant drawings.
• Navigate design challenges while balancing aesthetic intent, budget and schedule.
• Assist with general studio operations and support as needed.
