You’ll guide clients, mentor staff, and drive project outcomes from concept through construction. The ideal candidate has a strong built-work portfolio, leadership experience, and the ability to navigate client relationships while managing consultants and schedules.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional architectural experience with leadership roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Ability to commute to Houston, TX office at least three days weekly.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction and stay engaged in design.
• Balance design excellence with client expectations, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee teams of architects, designers, and cross-disciplinary consultants.
• Provide design direction, technical guidance, and mentorship to project teams.
• Lead complex, high-visibility projects with minimal oversight and ensure deliverables.
• Represent the office to clients and the market, building strong relationships.
• Coordinate engineering, specialty, and consultant disciplines for code-compliant work.
• Help shape the office's portfolio and contribute to firm initiatives.
