Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional architectural experience, including leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Ability to commute to our Austin, TX office a minimum of three days a week.
• Proven experience leading projects and teams across all design phases.
• Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and sustainability.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Balance design quality with client expectations, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee teams of architects, designers, and consultants.
• Provide design direction, technical guidance, and mentorship to project teams.
• Lead high-visibility projects with limited oversight, contributing to development and detailing.
• Represent the office to clients and the market; build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate engineering, specialty, and consultant disciplines to meet codes and standards.
