Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation seeks a Lead Project Controls Analyst for Independence, Missouri. You will develop and maintain schedules (Primavera P6), implement cost control systems, and deliver progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality targets.

You will lead input from project teams, maintain WBS/CBS, perform EVM, and mentor junior staff while upholding corporate standards and industry best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive project controls experience, with at least 3 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software.
• Strong cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and earned value management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite skills.
• PMP, AACE certifications are a plus; SAP/Oracle ERP experience desirable.

Job Overview:Job Summary**The Lead Project Controls Analyst will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining project controls systems, including cost control, scheduling, and progress reporting for Primoris Energy Services projects in Independence, Missouri.
