LEA Architects, LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Project Architect/Project Manager to lead multiple design phases, coordinate with consultants, and oversee construction documents and administration.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of experience, a degree in architecture, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and the Adobe Suite; LEED/Green Globes is a plus. Strong leadership and client-facing skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture is required.
• 5–10 years of professional architectural experience.
• Architectural license preferred.
• Proficient in Revit; knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM coordination.
• Experience with construction documents and QA/QC.

Responsabilidades

• Lead programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration.
• Manage client, team and project coordination across disciplines.
• Develop construction drawings and coordinate with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape and civil consultants.
• Lead design and construction meetings with client and contractor.
• Interface with permitting officials during design and construction.
