Job summary

Handel Architects in New York, NY is seeking Project Architects and Designers with 6-10 years of professional experience and very strong Revit capabilities to lead high-rise residential and mixed-use projects. The role offers a leadership track, collaboration with senior team members, and an opportunity to manage design through construction administration.

Ideal candidates will have experience with multi-family developments, strong graphic presentation, and fluency with NYC building codes.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture required.
• 6-10 years of professional experience in multi-family residential/mixed-use.
• Revit proficiency with coordination experience across multiple consultants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day with project team and consultants.
• Lead project phases from feasibility to construction documentation.
• Collaborate on design documents and client/consultant meetings.
• Direct and mentor junior staff.
• Meet client needs with the design team and construction team.
