Job summary

Arrowstreet in Boston is seeking an Architectural Designer to support teams across all phases from concept design to construction administration. You will contribute to design development, visualization, and documentation while engaging with diverse project types and scales.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience, strong Revit skills, and excellent rendering abilities, with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Architecture is required or preferred.
• 2–5 years of post-graduate professional experience in an architectural practice.
• Strong proficiency in Revit is required.
• Excellent rendering and visualization skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Clear communication and collaboration in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams through all phases of architectural projects from early design through construction administration.
• Perform design and documentation tasks for moderate-size projects with guidance from PMs and senior designers.
• Produce renderings, 3D models, and presentation graphics communicating design intent.
• Develop architectural drawings and models in Revit for design development and construction documents.
• Assist with space planning, design studies, and coordination with project teams and consultants.
• Document design concepts and communicate technical ideas developed by others.
• Participate in internal design discussions, charrettes, and team meetings.
• Demonstrate understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods.
