Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical development of healthcare projects from design through construction documentation.
  • Establishing documentation and delivery strategies for complex healthcare projects.
  • Translating design concepts into coordinated, buildable architectural solutions.
  • Managing drawing production, detailing, and technical coordination.
  • Coordinating architecture with structural, MEP, medical planning, and specialty consultants.
  • Identifying technical challenges and driving them through resolution.
  • Reviewing project documentation for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Supporting BIM/Revit coordination across the project team.
  • Maintaining design intent while balancing constructability, codes, building systems, and project requirements.
  • Collaborating closely with project leadership to meet schedules and key deliverables.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to architects and designers.
  • Participating in construction-phase activities and helping resolve field and documentation issues.

The Role

As Lead Project Architect, you’ll take a key role in the technical development and delivery of healthcare projects, working closely with design leaders, project managers, consultants, and clients.

You’ll be responsible for:
