Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IA/Engineering or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 12+ years of DoD experience.
• 6+ years of project and program management experience.
• Active Secret security clearance and US citizenship.
• Strong technical leadership and analytical abilities.
• US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide engineering teams across a diverse portfolio.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Manage technical functions across the program portfolio.
• Architect secure solutions to protect data and systems.
• Integrate new technologies into existing platforms to improve resilience.
• Interface with technical teams to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with emerging policies and requirements.
• Present complex technical information to stakeholders clearly.
