Marrakech, Inc. in West Haven, CT is seeking a Lead Program Instructor for the Day Program.

This full-time position focuses on direct support, community inclusion, and mentoring staff to ensure person-centered services. Responsibilities include supporting daily activities, implementing individual plans, training staff, and managing scheduling, documentation, and operations while ensuring health and safety of participants.

Competenze

• Associate's degree in Human Services or related field or High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.

Lead Program Instructor - Day Program

Join our team and make a difference in the lives of adults with developmental and physical disabilities. The Lead Program Instructor provides direct support, promotes community inclusion, assists with program operations, and mentors staff to ensure quality, person-centered services.

Responsibilities:

• Support individuals with daily activities and community participation
• Implement individualized support plans and goals
• Train and mentor staff
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and program operations
• Ensure participant health, safety, and well-being

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Human Services or related field, OR High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred

Pay/Schedule:

• $20.85 per hour
• Additional $0.50 per hour with DDS medication certification
• Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM
