Job summary

TC Energy seeks a Manager to lead the implementation and sustainment of critical operational programs across US Natural Gas, reporting to the Director – Operations Programs. You will build and mentor a safe, high-performing team and drive cross-functional initiatives with operations, safety, and technical services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in business analytics, project management, operations or engineering.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop diverse teams.
• Experience leading change initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong business acumen balancing operational, financial, and risk considerations.
• Proficient in operational risk management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel across Canada and the United States, including overnight stays.
