Job summary

Qualifications

• Gives direct care including medical, dietary, hygienic and behavioral support.
• Schedules medical appointments and accompanies individuals.
• Supervises program staff and trains on policies and procedures.
• Keeps logs, reports and medication records accurate and up-to-date.
• Ensures licensing compliance and safety in the home.
