Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and evaluation of program operations for complex E30 Gun Weapon Systems efforts.
• Develop and oversee life cycle cost analyses, cost-benefit studies, and economic evaluations.
• Design and manage program reporting systems, including data gathering and evaluation methodology.
• Assess impact of legislative and regulatory changes on program operations.
• Develop comprehensive management and program evaluation plans.
• Mentor junior program analysts and provide guidance on analytical methods.
• Serve as primary point of contact for program reporting.
