Qualifications

Proven ability to lead independent assessments of complex defense program documentation and deliverables.
Experience developing IV&V plans and preparing formal findings for government stakeholders.
Active Secret clearance required.
Responsibilities
Lead IV&V activities for complex Gun Weapon Systems program efforts.
Develop and oversee IV&V plans, procedures, and evaluation frameworks.
Review and independently validate requirements, design documentation, and test plans.
Prepare comprehensive IV&V findings and recommendations for senior government leadership.
Identify systemic program risks and coordinate corrective actions.
Mentor junior IV&V analysts to ensure consistent application of standards.
Liaise with government CORs and program managers for oversight objectives.
