Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program analysis, systems engineering, or IV&V roles.
• Proven ability to lead independent assessments of complex defense program documentation and deliverables.
• Experience developing IV&V plans and preparing formal findings for government stakeholders.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead IV&V activities for complex Gun Weapon Systems program efforts.
• Develop and oversee IV&V plans, procedures, and evaluation frameworks.
• Review and independently validate requirements, design documentation, and test plans.
• Prepare comprehensive IV&V findings and recommendations for senior government leadership.
• Identify systemic program risks and coordinate corrective actions.
• Mentor junior IV&V analysts to ensure consistent application of standards.
• Liaise with government CORs and program managers for oversight objectives.
