LVI Associates is seeking a Licensed Surveyor in Plainville, Massachusetts to lead a diverse portfolio of survey projects from small lots to large developments. The role emphasizes project leadership, staff development, and maintaining strong client relationships while upholding regulatory stamping and quality standards.

The successful candidate will oversee project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC, with occasional fieldwork.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts or Rhode Island PLS license required, or active LSIT with a clear path toward licensure.
• Experience managing surveying projects and teams.
• Associate's degree or higher in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review, certify, and stamp survey deliverables in accordance with state regulations.
• Manage and oversee a variety of survey projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and project execution.
• Participate in project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, and quality control activities.
• Mentor and manage survey staff, fostering professional growth and strong team performance.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships while serving as a trusted technical resource.
• Represent the organization in meetings, field operations, and business development activities.
• Perform occasional field work as needed to support project requirements.
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and support the expansion of survey services.
