Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse management role, preferably as a Production Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and shipping/receiving procedures.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to maintain equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Supervise production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Oversee the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock levels are maintained at the optimal level.
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that any mechanical issues are addressed promptly.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure that production is meeting its goals and objectives.
• Identify and address any issues that may impact production operations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
