Responsibilities

• SME for Manufacturing/Packaging training at the site.
• Lead all Operational training initiatives at the site.
• Audit training documentation for compliance with job performance vs. qualifications.
• Develop and deliver training modules for current and new processes/equipment.
• Represent the Manufacturing/Packaging training team during regulatory body inspections.
• Monitor on-the-job training to ensure alignment with training plans.
