Job summary

Viatris, a global healthcare company, seeks a Supervisor, Pharmaceutical Coating to lead production operations, ensure schedules, and maintain cGMP compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2–4 years of relevant production experience preferred.
• Good communication, time management, organizational, interpersonal, leadership, writing and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Plateau, TrackWise).
• Solves routine problems of limited scope following established policies and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to wear a respirator and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assignments are completed on schedule following policies; guide staff in production areas.
• Monitor production output and quality; initiate corrective actions with QA, Maintenance, Engineering.
• Ensure proper equipment operation; enforce safety rules and cGMP compliance; prepare rooms/equipment for inspection.
• Coordinate and oversee operators; act as back-up to other supervisors or Manager.
• Develop and deliver training on production operations and cGMP compliance.
• Review batch production records, logs, and time sheets; perform reconciliations for controlled substances; finalize production records.
