Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 2 years' team lead or burner assembly experience required.
  • Maintain clean and organized workspace.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints.
  • Proficient with small power tools and hand tools listed above.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of electrical circuitry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a production team to meet deadlines while ensuring quality and safety.
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment listed above.
  • Follow safety rules and report unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area at all times.
  • Perform machine/equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments and communicate with management.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members.
  • Adhere to Webster's quality standards and procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production.
