Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply in California is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the plant operations team on a Monday–Friday schedule. You will drive productivity, enforce quality standards, and foster accountability across departments.

You’ll supervise production staff, plan daily work by department, monitor workflow, coach team members, and step in to keep production moving. A strong leader with clear communication and the ability to work independently will thrive.

Qualifications

• Leadership role supervising production and plant employees
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• College degree is a plus

• Supervise and support all production and plant employees
• Plan and stage daily work by department to meet production goals
