Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals, operating manuals, and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety regulations and investigate accidents as required.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency response plans for spills or other hazards.
• Ensure production quality and understand the production schedule.
• Coordinate shift production requirements and hold daily meetings with direct reports.
