Job summary

US Brick is hiring a Production Supervisor in Alabama to lead hourly production staff, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive productivity improvements. The role reports to the Assistant Plant Manager in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

The successful candidate will coordinate daily production activities, develop talent, monitor performance, and collaborate with other departments to optimize plant operations and costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to perform various forms of physical labor.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Read, write, use a computer, and perform basic math to record data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hourly production employees to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
• Plan and coordinate daily production activities by allocating personnel and resources.
• Coach and develop employees to improve performance and build future talent.
• Monitor production performance and identify efficiency, equipment, or quality improvements.
• Participate in meetings and communicate across departments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
