United States Digital Space LLC in Canandaigua, NY is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to oversee RF filter production for Starlink/AKOUSTIS, leading operators and technicians to improve yield, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, and preferred experience in semiconductor fabrication. Onsite work with strong safety and quality emphasis, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3+ years in manufacturing or test environments.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• 2+ years of experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industry.
• Ability to work a large percentage of time in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for the assigned production area and ensure targets are met.
• Manage shift schedules and overtime to maintain staffing levels.
• Report weekly KPI performance and drive corrective actions.
• Plan and prioritize high-volume production schedules to meet deliveries.
• Lead yield improvement initiatives and reduce scrap.
• Enforce safety and quality protocols and lead daily reviews.
