Job summary

NuProduce Solutions seeks a Lead Hand at its Bowling Green, OH production site to supervise and train our production teams in fresh, healthy produce related products for foodservice customers. Qualifications

• Supervision experience in a production setting.
• Experience in training and coaching employees.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cold environment.
• Previous experience in a food processing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead department within the production lines to complete daily production duties/tasks.
• Provide training for new team members.
• Provide coaching and support for production team employees.
• Monitor and maintain vertical form filler machine.
• Ensure documentation and checks are completed during shifts.
• Adhere to all SOPs and GMPs.
• Coordinate with Supervisor and Production Manager on equipment checks and sanitation.
• Assist employees on a hands-on basis as needed.
• Work to increase overall yield.
• Uphold health & safety policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
