Job summary

NuProduce Solutions in Bowling Green, OH is seeking a Lead Hand to supervise and train our production teams, ensuring daily production duties are completed on the cold production lines. The role is full-time and permanent with 6am starts.

The ideal candidate will have supervisor experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a refrigerated environment while maintaining health and safety standards. Benefits and bonus programs are included.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and training production teams.
• Ability to supervise manufacturing processes and ensure quality.
• Familiarity with GMPs and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead department within the production lines to complete daily production duties/tasks.
• Provide training for new team members.
• Provide coaching and support for production team employees.
• Monitor and maintain vertical form filler machine.
• Ensure that all documentation and checks are being completed throughout your shift.
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are adhered to throughout the entire plant.
• Assist employees on a hands on as needed basis.
• Work efficiently to increase overall yield.
• All Health & Safety Policies are adhered to.
