Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise and develop a team of hourly associates at the Inspection Center. You will drive production targets, ensure safety, and guide quality improvements across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.

Key responsibilities include coaching, performance management, and coordinating with the Inspection Center General Manager to make decisions on repairs needed based on cost and vehicle quality. This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to Carvana values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production/inspection environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team and coach members for performance improvement.
• Train team using Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks and delays.
