Synerfac Technical Staffing is recruiting a Production Supervisor for a defense manufacturing client in Camden, Arkansas. This hands-on leader will drive day-to-day operations in a fast-paced production and blending environment, shaping quality and output of mission-critical products.

You will analyze work orders, plan material flow, supervise staff, ensure safety, and pursue continuous improvement by monitoring lab results and coordinating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of related supervisory or production oversight experience.
• Background in chemistry or quality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders to build production and blend schedules that meet internal and external timelines.
• Plan material flow and equipment layout to support efficient production.
• Interpret job orders, assign duties, and direct daily activities of production staff.
• Oversee equipment setup and operation to meet department objectives.
• Train and develop technicians, leads, and operators on safety, procedures, and equipment.
• Investigate manufacturing issues, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor lab and quality results to ensure processes stay within specification.
• Coordinate with other departments to align on scheduling and resource needs.
• Maintain accurate production, safety, and statistical records.
