Qualifications

• Safety procedures and quality standards, enforcing policies and audits.
• Experience with SAP and/or Redzone in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team.
• Experience in consumer goods liquid filling manufacturing environment.
• Dedicated to building and supporting a positive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, GMP, and 5S standards are followed by all staff.
• Direct production area personnel including leads and movers; provide feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve OEE and reduce costs.
• Provide updates to the team in huddles and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Redzone reports and data collection.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Ensure finished goods meet quality specifications and complete reports.
