Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Oaks Corners, NY aggregates and HMA operation. You will lead a team of hourly employees, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and push continuous improvement across the site.

You will coach frontline staff, monitor processes, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operations to address issues and optimize performance in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with a focus on operational excellence.
• Working knowledge of safety practices, production processes, and continuous improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity goals.
