Henkel in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production of high-quality products within the Adhesive Technologies unit.

You will supervise production personnel, manage schedules, coordinate with maintenance, QA, engineering, supply chain and site leadership, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a facility handling chemicals.

• Ability to routinely lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable production of quality products.
• This position supervises production personnel, manages production schedules and resources, monitors operational performance, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
• The Production Supervisor works closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Site Leadership to achieve production, safety, and quality objectives.
