Job summary

Universal Pure is hiring Associate Production Supervisors to lead HPP lines, assign tasks, and ensure GMP compliance in a cold, wet manufacturing environment. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage daily production targets while coaching staff.

Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing, excellent attendance, and flexibility with duties as schedules evolve. A sign-on bonus supports onboarding and ongoing career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 10–35 lbs repetitively and up to 45 lbs occasionally; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assign associates to workstations and daily tasks to meet production goals.
• Communicate work assignments and ensure GMP and safety compliance.
• Monitor shift progress and support line changeovers and equipment troubleshooting.
• Train associates on QA, Safety, and HPP processes; complete required paperwork.
