Job summary

Universal Pure in Malvern, PA is seeking a Production Lead to oversee 1–2 HPP lines, guide a team, and ensure orders meet GMP, safety, and quality standards. You'll collaborate with supervisors and maintenance to keep production on schedule.

This role offers an hourly environment with opportunities for growth; expected to lead by example, monitor performance, and train associates while supporting cold storage operations in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing or packaging team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train staff, assign tasks, and ensure safety and GMP compliance.
• Strong communication and attendance history with reliable punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assign associates to workstations and communicate daily tasks and expectations.
• Lead shift to ensure GMP, safety and customer requirements are met.
• Train associates on department procedures and QA processes.
• Complete department paperwork and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Coordinate with leadership, QA and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Monitor progress, drive line changeovers, and optimize labor use.
• Support line leaders in achieving production goals and quality checks.
