Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee production employees’ performance and development.
• Plan, direct, and monitor the work of shift operations for optimum output and efficiencies.
• Maintain housekeeping standards/assignments.
• Maintain area operating procedures ensuring safety standards and PPE compliance.
• Communicate daily operations and plan strategies to all employees and departments.
• Administer and coordinate training for new hires and handle daily personnel issues.
• Manage work order prioritization and ensure production schedule adherence.
• Act as first responder to critical production issues.
